Patyka is committed to making its products from natural and organic ingredients. The Patyka range carries two certifications from independent bodies that require high standards in the use of natural and organic ingredients. As a result each product carries the COSMEBIO and ECOCert logos. Each product is labelled with the % of natural and organic ingredients that it contains.

COSMEBIO

All Patyka products contain natural and organic ingredients. Cosmebio is the French prrefessional association for ecological and organic cosmetics, which brings together all of the key players in the sector.
 
Formulation compositions must comply with the following conditions in order to abide by and use the “organic” logo specifically for ecological and organic cosmetics:
 
- Minimum 95% natural ingredients or ingredients of natural origin.
- Minimum 10% of all ingredients obtained using organic farming methods.
- Minimum 95% of all certifiable ingredients obtained using organic farming methods.
- Maximum 5% synthetic ingredients.
 
ECOCERT

Patyka products are certified organic by an independent, internationally recognised organisation.
 
With reference to ecological and organic cosmetics, Ecocert specifies a higher level of requirement then that stipulated for cosmetic products in standard legislation. Guaranteeing a truly environmental approach throughout the production chain coupled with respect for consumers and the enhancement of natural substances of a better ecological grade.
 
ONE VOICE 

Patyka products and ingredients are not tested on animals.
 
One Voice has developed a label certifying that its products are “not animal-tested”. Controlled by an independent certifying body, the One Voice label guarantees that no animal experiments are carried out during the formulation and composition stages of the manufacturing process.
 
1% FOR THE PLANET
 
1% of the turnover from Patyka sales is donated to NGO (non-governmental organisations) supporting ecological projects.
 
The 1% for the planet club unites companies who agree to donate at least 1% of their annual gross sales to protecting the environment. These companies have committed themselves to bettering a global situation and have decided to do their share to preserve our planet.
