Why:

Cleansers help remove excess oil and dead, or dry skin cells.

Excess oil and other toxins released through the pores by sweat may build up on the surface. This is especially prevalent after exercise. Both may help bacteria grow and lead to spots

Dead or dry skin cells left on the surface of the skin will slow the skin's renewal process, enhance wrinkles, and dull skin tone.

What:

A cleanser should be chosen according to skin type.

Normal	Shiseido Men Cleansing Foam
Oily	Polaar Shine Control Face Cleanser

When:

Twice daily and after exercise

How:

Apply cleanser by massaging it over the face with warm water using circular motions. Emphasis on the upward movement will ensure you get under the layer of dead and dry skin cells. Be careful not to apply too much pressure, gentle application will ensure no irritation or damage to the skin.

You only need to spend half a minute on washing, or double if you have oily skin. The length of time required for cleansing depends on skin type. Oilier skin types may spend longer to dissolve excess sebum, dislodge or soften blackheads and blemishes.

Rinse well to avoid residue which could cause dryness.
