Placing an Order & Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a digital copy of your invoice. A
second confirmation email will be sent when your order has left our warehouse.
Despatch: When Will My Order Leave The Warehouse?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays
will be despatched the next working day. For example, an order placed on Saturday will be despatched the following Monday.
Signature Required
All UK and international orders require a signature, please ensure that there is someone available at the delivery
address to receive and sign for your order.

Brummells of London is able to call on a number of leading domestic and international delivery and courier companies
to ensure that we can package and ship your order to anywhere in the world.
Delivery Restrictions
Please be aware that certain items such as pressurised canisters and products containing alcohol are considered too
dangerous for international transport.
Some countries impose restrictions on the importation of certain items. Please ensure you are aware of your country's
import policies as we can not be held responsible for items that are confiscated at customs.
