Q1. I've forgotten my password

When logging in to 'My Account', click on 'forgotten password'. You will be asked to enter your email address and click 'submit'. Your password will then be sent to you inbox.

Q3. How may I find a specific product?

There are three methods of browsing for your product.

Text Search: Enter the name of your product which you wish to find into the search box situated in the top right of all pages of the website. The results can be sorted by price, alphabet, category and brand.

By Brand: On the right hand column of each page is a 'view by brand' tab. Click on this to reveal the list and scroll down to the brand you wish to view. All of the products/items belonging to this brand will then display on the page.

By Category: Product categories are visible on the left hand column of the page. Select the relevant category for the product you are searching and then select the relevant sub category. For example, to look for 'Shiseido Men Cleansing Foam', select Skincare [category], Cleanser [subcategory]. The results can be sorted by price, alphabet and brand.

Q4. How do I know what is in stock?

Within the main product description page you will be shown the status of the item next to "Availability" located below the price of the item. This will either show an "In stock" message in blue or an "Out of stock" message in red.

Q5. What if an item is out of stock?

You may choose to have an email sent to you to notify you when the item is back in stock. Next to the price of the item there will be a button marked "Notify Me". Click here and follow by entering your name and email address into the pop-up box.

Once you have done this an email will be sent to you the very moment the item is re-stocked.

Q8. Can I order by phone?

Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling: 0800 231 42 62. The order line is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Q9. How will I know you received my order?

Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice.

You will receive a second email to confirm when your order has left our warehouse to begin its journey to your door.

Q10. Does Brummells of London ship to post office boxes?

All items will have to be signed for so we do not ship to PO box addresses. Please be sure to arrange for someone to be present for delivery as a signature will be required.

Q11. Does Brummells of London ship to multiple addresses?

We do not facilitate multiple deliveries from one order. To have items shipped to more than one address, more than one order will need to be placed.

Q12. What will happen to my personal information?

Your personal data will never be passed on to third parties. We may however on occasion store your data for marketing purposes and for statistical use in order to improve our services.

Q13. What duties or taxes will be payable on my purchase?

Prices shown on the website are UK VAT inclusive.

During the check out procedure, the customer will identify which country is the destination for the order; countries inside the EU will be liable to pay VAT. Countries outside the EU will have VAT deducted from their bill before checkout.

For orders outside the UK there may be further customs duties and sales taxes levied by the destination country. These costs are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
