Placing an Order & Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a digital copy of your invoice. You will also
receive a second confirmation email when your order has left our warehouse.
Despatch: When Will My Order Leave The Warehouse?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the next working day. For example, an order placed on Saturday will be despatched the following Monday.
Signature Required
All UK and international orders require a signature, please ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.

Brummells of London is able to call on a number of leading domestic and international delivery and courier companies to
ensure that we can package and ship your order to anywhere in the world.
Delivery Restrictions
Please be aware that certain items such as pressurised canisters and products containing alcohol are considered too
dangerous for international transport.
Some countries impose restrictions on the importation of certain items. Please ensure you are aware of your country's
import policies as we can not be held responsible for items that are confiscated at customs.
UK Delivery & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping £3.50
All Standard UK Mainland orders are sent via DHL Express, which is a 48hour service from despatch. Delivery is Monday to Friday.
Priority Shipping £6.00
All Priority UK Mainland orders are sent via DHL Express Next Day. Delivery is next working day from despatch.
Saturday by Request £7.00
To ensure delivery on the Saturday, please place your order before 1pm on the Friday before the requested weekend. Saturday by Request orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery; please allow 2-4 days from despatch.
Priority Shipping £6.00
