CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DESPATCH IS 1PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the next working day. For example, an order placed at 5pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
We use tracked services to ensure that you can follow your parcel as soon as it leaves our warehouse. A signature will be required on delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and are in working days. Express Courier costs will vary for UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
We work with Parcelforce, TNT, UPS and Royal Mail for European deliveries. We work with multiple shipping carriers and select the best price and service for each destination country.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is your invoice.
You will receive an email once your order has been despatched from our warehouse. This email will also contain the courier details and the tracking number.
All UK and international orders require a signature, please ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
UK orders should be delivered within 1 - 7 business days and international orders between 2 - 15 business days dependant on the service you have selected at the checkout.
All orders are sent via a recorded or tracked service. Your tracking number is contained within your 'shipping' email, which is the second email that is sent to you after you place your order. You will be able to see which courier the order has been sent by within the email as well.

While your package is in the UK, you can enter the tracking number at: http://www.royalmail.com/track-traceTo continue tracking your parcel once it has arrived in the destination country, visit the domestic postal service website for their track and trace service. For example for USA enter the same RM tracking number via the United States Postal Service website at: https://www.usps.com/

Please be aware that certain items such as pressurised canisters and products containing alcohol are considered too dangerous for international transport. If these items are ordered to ship internationally we will be unable to fulfil your order and your order will be cancelled.
